Is it ok to put lip balm over the top of Revlon Colour Stay lipstick? - top lipsticks
Today, I bought it, but it really dries out the lips. : (
Whenever I put lip balm on my lipstick. This is the first color in the room, which I bought and I just want to make sure that the person will be effectively removed.

Even if you set your makeup in the morning or during the preparation for the day or what ever put on lip balm first place and leave it for a few minutes to moisten the lips, undone "dry" effect Lipstick and then when you're done, applying makeup, or to prepare or another, then on lipstick and lip balm to implement a chance to work and keeps the lipstick.

I, and I've never had any problems. I prefer to use a lip balm better than the brightness that comes with it, because it is less sticky. Burt's Bees is the best, rest in fat and it is not!
