apply black eyeliner half-way into the eye, do not go all the way up into the corner.
Then apply white eyeshadow in the inner corner of my eye, a little mascara and yup that should work very well (:
Buy a good eye cream liner white, and the water at the bottom (right above the lower lashes), and the inner corners of his eyes. The white can be an open and brighter.
